The data consists of 4-band (RGBN) digital imagery at 12-inch pixel resolution covering Springs Coast, near and off shore project areas. This data was acquired December 21, 2023 – March 15, 2024 with a Leica ADS100 digital sensor. The project area covers 1,295 square miles covering estuaries on the central west coast of Florida. Data will adhere to the Florida Statewide Grid 5000 by 5000 foot cells that serve as the District tiling scheme for ortho photo deliverables totaling 1,442 tiles. The goal of this project is to provide the source data for future completion of a detailed geospatial map that will assist in characterizing current seagrass distribution in the estuary project areas. |
